The PS5 version is btw for my taste unplayable constant Frame drops and stuttering and some tearing . Idk man it‘s the start of the PS5 gen and the Games can‘t keep up already 🤦🏻♂️ PC version is played here and it runs fine .

I was gonna say this game wasn't that great compared to a lot of other ones
That plot twist was SO telegraphed. Not to mention some of the imagery and jumpscares felt so cheap, it wouldn't be out of place in your average 12-year-old designed Unity Engine game.
The most scariest part about this game is when I can see my face in the black screen...

I watched a stream on Twitch, and it's basically only cheap jumpscares, like the ones that you described.
Very little atmosphere, very many cheap shots.
If you want a truly horrifying experience, definitely check out Visage.

This game should have been called Evil Everywhere.
The fact that Sony uploaded not one but two videos on this low effort, low budget, blatant rip-off of a game is rather disappointing. 🤦🏻♂️

@@SHNHorror Still waiting on Sony to announce those SSD storage upgrades for PS5. Wish other indie developers and the like would take notice of “Visage” more and build upon that. They really nailed it on that game. The detail, disturbing horror and atmosphere of the entire thing was on point.

I left a comment way too early, my favorite part of this game is actually the crotch mirror at 9:52 presumably installed just for the protagonist to check his fly before leaving the house.
I dont think its the PS5 its just the game not being optimised enough for console.
I'm eight minutes in and can't take any more, I love the channel and have watched/played many indie horror games. This is just bad, embarrassingly bad.
I think the scariest thing is how he killed his mother for no reason and is most likely a Satanist because of the crosses and shit

Seems like a poor port. The Ps5 is decently powered not the end all be all but it should be able to run the game smoothly so yeah but that's to be expected from an indie operation I guess.
