These are my Top 10 sailboats that are currently for sale in New England that are listed between $20,000 and $30,000. Any one of these sailboats would be perfect for coastal cruising and some could even take you around the world - and I am in love with #5...and #2, and, well, #3. I might have a problem...

I viewed this Alberg 35 on its mooring in Cataumet, MA with the broker one week before you posted this video. The boat is worn out with a laundry list of deferred maintenance and repairs. The original photos posted on the listing that you were responding to were at least 15 years old. After two minutes on the boat I told the broker to call the launch. My comments are backed up by the fact that the broker just dropped the listing price $6,000. But even at $16,000, this boat is way overpriced. It's a sub-$10,000 project boat.
It was clear by the dates that some of those photos were old, but I hate the deception of the others pics - like real estate brokers staging houses. Thanks for the intel. Very useful! And thanks for watching.
There was a tayana 37 older one for $8000 in Mississippi. I'm looking for one myself but I need to sell my capedory30 cutter first.
Hi James! For $8k? Wow…what was the catch? You should be able to sell your CD 30 in a hot second- lovely boats. There was a Tayana for sale up here for $47k, but she needed a lot of work. I will keep an eye out! Thanks for watching!
@boatfools it had a broken wood mast and soft deck. But still good buy if you want to put in the work.
