- Ketchup Powder aka Ketchup Seasoning. Follow the recipe👇🏻
- Place a silpat mat on a baking tray
- Squirt on 1/4 cup of ketchup and spread it evenly
- Place it in a 200 degree F oven for 7 hours
- Take it out and let it cool, then separate the ketchup from the tray and place it in a spice grinder
- Grind it until a fine powder forms
- Use this seasoning on fries, chips, or even popcorn

@@user-vv9ps3rk8oMustard powder (Ground mustard seeds) is not the same as dehydrating the finished product (mustard condiment) and grinding it to a powder such as the ketchup in this video.
If you were to use mustard powder (Ground mustard seeds) as a spice for ie popcorn... Good luck😬

7 hours? Why is that? I think that putting it at 120 130 degree Celsius for 2 or 3 hours are sufficient
Well it needs to be dry in a way you can grind it so thqt it becomes a powder. Anything less than 7 hours and there maybe dampness and may not get the ketchup glass tp get it as the powder. Again i could be wrong.

Only ketchup on ketchup seasoning,it will be too sweet and not go well with popcorn,what I did was add some Chaat masala, some other seasonings and spices to make it better
