Thanks for the professionally prepared video. You are fortunate that you were replacing the seat damper. My damper was fine but the seat had its finish worn off and it was a horribly brown stained mess. The 3 screw damper you removed holds the seat in place. I scratched my head and said bad words, then I removed the damper and got the seat off. Dunno if you want to re-edit your video. Hopefully folks in my situation will read my comment. Thanks again. (Mine was not as cooperative as yours)
