    Hey man 2-7-2 is talking about 4-3-3. 2-7-2 is reading from left to right, bit weird but that’s what he meant when talked about it. 2 players on either wing (winger and fullback) and 7 in the center (including the goalkeeper, behind the CBs).
    Tifo did a video on it a few years ago.

    I think it is not as revolutionary or changing football as many say. In fact, Motta is just as good (if not better) a man manager as tactician. There is one thing to implement a positional play structure, but when the players rotate their positions in the system, that's when you are really dangerous. Man marking is not a solution anymore, and you are forced to be more cautious against this type of team. What Bologna did last season was what Arsenal started to do after new year's eve, when they had that extended winning run and scored a lot of goals. The players were not as rigid with their roles and often switched them. I think it takes a lot of practice and synchronisation and with the current Juventus squad, especially the defenders, it will be a long journey.
