This is your best demo - entertaining and informative, showing more than chugging. A lot of players are so obsessed with chugging that their videos are a waste of time.
This is an amp I could never practically afford, and I'm not much of a metal guy, but Nick's demos are so fun to watch I can't help it.

I'm not familiar with Bogner products and most amps in general doesn't really impressed me much, but I am absolutely impressed with this amp!!! The sounds and options are absolutely pristine and high-end in my humble opinion!!! Your playing was really great Nick and showcased this amp very well!!!

I know you are a long time player, and that has always been apparent - but I humbly offer that I noticed that your left hand seems to have opened up and become looser and more effortless in execution. Your playing on this video sounds great, accurate and very toneful - you must have been very inspired by this amp - the work never ends, but we get to do it for a lifetime 🙂 Cheers

You made a Masterpiece of a Video !! I guess you covered everything . This Amp sounds Amazing and has every option that I could ever want . Well , except an option to reduce the Volume Output when needed . And your Guitar skills are definitely up there with the Big Boys . If I had to guess of the Price Tag on this Amp , I think I would say about
$ 3500 . But anyway , I couldn't afford it anyway , so .

From owning the twin jet version I feel if you really needed to stretch the gain that an eq pedal would give you anything the mk2 could. Regardless it looks cool visually and I like how Bogner products always stay on the same level of quality with consistency.
I swapped the EL34’s for KT77’s on the second day I had mine. More low end with a grittier mid range

@@karolkozak64 I was on the Sweetwater list for a year and a half. And even then I was number 3 on the list. You aren’t wrong it sounded great with the EL34’s. I just like KT77’s. It’s a great amp!

The new amp from Bogner sounds great . To me it is not not an uberschall 2 but more like a completely separate model made with a different voice and a more intense experience in distortion.

I might or might not have an old full height molecular structure rearrangement device of sorts, … maybe. I also might or might not intentionally sit in front of active half stacks … Seriously though, Nick has one of the most distinctive vibratos and recognizable playing styles.

Not even close, honestly. For one thing, it's way more expensive, but it's also much closer to a rectifier or driftwood purple nightmare sound than a 5150 sound.

This sounds amazing. Love to hear classic metal played in standard tuning! Most amp demos these days are downtuned and just endless chugging.
I like how the original uberschall has literally only ONE demo that has good quality. I bet 99% of the people watching this have no idea what it sounds like. This amplifier sounds so incredibly different from the original uberschall it is basically a different amplifier.

Cocobolo has the "full bodied" tone , next would have to go to rosewood then mahogany, koa sounded the emptiest and kinda weak tbh

Are you boosting? I've played a few bogners, including an original uber, and they were never that tight and crunchy without a pedal in front
these don't need a boost. and they have a boost built in if you need it. tighter than any amp out there.

@@shreder75 and yet you’re asking the question while he’s not using anything beside the amp…. Pedals have no magic circuits that can’t be included in any amp. The proof is in the pudding!
@Phil Smith he's not? He's running a chorus and some kind of verb through the whole video even though he says he's only using it for the clean.
Secondly, a lot of anps have built in boosts. I own a couple, and they're rarely the same as running a pedal n front.

The setting on the amp suggest he’s playing it at ear bleed levels…what gives. Both channel and master volumes past 12. Unless there’s an attenuator I don’t see…I have this amp btw.

Why even bother demoing the clean channel if you have a compressor and chorus on?
