I realize that it sounds delusional and crazy and like a “fantasy” scenario, but ultimately, we cannot keep blaming everything on one party alone. I also talked about me being european and my family but that part didn’t make it in. During communism, many people stood together and created a change in order to either remove or replace their government. (An example of this is communist Romania where the communist leader was actually executed). You had families protecting others, creating secret passageways to smuggle those who were a target and would be killed, taking the government down altogether, etc. Thanks so much for your thoughts on this. ❤

Your president is probably a leftist liberal just like the ones running the state of CA. It is their ideology about protecting criminals, not being too harsh on them which is basically indicating that they are criminals themselves. It is a psychological mechanism to help cope with their guilt for committing crimes, they feel their conscience hurt from their crimes so they will feel sympathy for other criminals. Now honest, law abiding, hard working citizens will likewise, feel sympathy for honest, law abiding, hard working citizens. Any honest and law abiding governor, President or political leader will not feel sympathy for criminals.

You know how much money it takes to house an inmate? Where does that money come from? Taxes... so when people bitch and complain that CA has high taxes, a huge amount goes to police and jails.... Clearly they need to increase taxes for both of those. Republicans just sit on their thumbs and point fingers but they wouldn't spend money to fix the problem f they were in charge, it would get so much worse. And Dems idea to try to not jail non-violent criminals to reduce prison populations clearly wasn't the answer. but they tried. Next step is increasing taxes and getting more cops and jailing more people... Not like people don't care. It's a complicated financial issue and people LOVE to complain about taxes....
