Plastic combed Chromatic harmonica issue on hole 1 - fix

  • I get a lot of calls about issues with hole one of a Hohner CX12. This is an intermittent fault with the blow note. It raises its head after about 5 minutes of playing. Its a simple fix. This video should alert you to what to look out for.

    i was able to effectively diagnose the problem you described with the 2 blow hole of my Hohner Super 64 Performance, only weeks after watching this video. many thanks for sharing your knowledge and insight.

    I got excited... I saw the title and thought it was going to be about plastic reed harmonicas. I've got a Magnus chromatic. I don't really play chrom but I've been considering giving half valving another shot.
