This video was made and produced in Austria.
I am in love with my new quiver <3 my leather quiver is also great but plastic pipes just hold up better in rough weather, so this new quiver is my #1 quiver now. If you want to see more videos on how I build post-apocalyptic style gear, make sure you subscribe to my channel :)
A bit too noisy (sorry). Put felt inside. You can also put magnets at the bottom of the quiver to hold your arrows in place in order to avoid them to fell out if you lean too much. Have a nice day and take care.
BULLSEYE, LILLY ! All archery equipment here in the USA is terribly expensive - including quivers !
Lily's skill with a bow proves that she's probably descended from a female Hun warrior. We'd have to see her shoot arrows from horseback to confirm this.
You should make movie props for high action thrillers! Well done!
its just sad that in the US since coronavirus hit and the government has collapsed this is so necessary now. I escaped the city before things got bad. I don’t know what ended up happening in the cities but im pretty sure there is noting left. Im just living in the forest with this cell phone and eating bugs to survive.
You know an out of state exotics hunting license is only about 50$ in Texas. Would be a great experience for you. We have plenty of hogs to hone your skills on.
I would love for Lilly to do a collab video or just train with Lars Andersen.
I would have taken 2 pieces of the really hard thin plywood and take a hole saw and cut out 3 holes that the tubes would fit tight. The upper one would be about an inch of clearance and the bottom one would be as tight together as you can get them than wrap either cloth or leather around the whole thing than add frills at the top and bottom than a strap to carry it. Excellent idea just needs improvement.
Awesome video thanks for sharing friend
Can't tell for sure but it looks like you are using real feathers for your fletching. If you plan on using this for survival or hunting purposes ,what do you use to protect the feathers that should not get wet?
Your quiver can also be used to transport water,
Wonderful tutorial video, Lilly! FYI for my American friends, the clamp band she is using is referred to as “plumber’s tape” in the States. You can find it on the PVC aisle of the big box stores for about $3 per 10 ft.
Ingenious home-made design! Awesome paint job! Great how you silenced each part. If I were able to shoot arrows, I wouldn't want a store-bought quiver; I'd want one that you made! I love how organized your workshop is! And very impressive shooting! Great video! Good health and happiness to you and everyone you love.
I made on too. Thank you Lilly. I also have connected in the lower part with screws a bear grylls paracord knife. It's horrizontal mounted, the handle is stiking in the right side. Spray panted the sheat too. Looks awesome.
Awesome idea! Great work Lilly, All my best & stay safe.
Lilly, your camo artwork was fantastic. I loved it!
This IS one of the most impressive videos I've ever seen! Such ingenuity! I have been an admirer of Lilly for years, and this is exactly why. Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.
You are one-in-a-million Lily! I hope you keep sharing with us for years and years!
I remember as a child in the Netherlands, I watched a slideshow and movie presentation by Dutch missionaries working with native Amerindians in the Surinam Jungle. As a technically inclines child (I became a mechanical engineer) I was amazed to see the integration of modern materials in an otherwise stone-age society. Indeed they used PVC-tubes and the techniques you showed for arrow and blowpipe-dart quivers and also for water carriers carried on the back by woven loops around the forehead.
