I had the exact same car/engine in around a month ago with the same fault regarding the wiring splitting at that same point. The previous was an evoque with a split in the same location.
Yeah it is apparently common after I searched it but this I think by the look of it was definitely bitten
Can you show the procedure to reset the adblue start counter inhibitor
Nice job. With the camshaft fault, that car will probably need a new cam chain. I bet its suffered from recurrent oil dilution.

I have the same error code currently on a 2017 F Pace. I got underneath best I could without a car jack this afternoon but couldn’t see any broken wires. Will have a car jack in the morning do you think it could be the same problem? ‘Reductant injector circuit injector bank 1’ is the code
Can you run vehicle and put the dpf fluid in at same time every time ?? On all vehicles specially ones with like you said there dpf is at the top and can flood back into the cylinders ?? Looks a better method and prevention in not hydrolocking cylinders ? Thank you . How did you come to trying out the topdon also what other brands on market did you look at . Snap on ?
Yes any vehicle can be running while doing the dpf fluid. I've only dealt with autel until now but I'd never try Snap-On as they're overpriced and sometimes not as capable

Not at the moment just because I've only had it 2 days now and it's operating system is quite different to Autel what I'm used to since 2014
if you apply pdf cleaner whilst running would it not have time to breakdown soot ash ..as if applied when not running you could leave 10/15 mins to actually breakdown hard particles .but not knowing highest position of exhaust would be different each application.and experience is most probably your advantage on this subject/dam rodents from rubber pipes to wires to nest and more .never put rat poison in a car as it will attract them inside but always distance from car .ultrasonic buzzer work up-to 10 ft through walls so if you got socket close by in house to where you park the normal keep away ,,never leave food inside cars

Hi there, seen a few of your videos re the Disco DPF. Do you know how to reset the SERVICE REQUIRED note that comes up when the engine is first started. Given the car a full service and tried the door/bonnet open method but this does not work.
There are no warning lights on just needs resetting. JLR dealer useless, they say it cant be done without being hooked up to their computer and wouldn't reset it anyway as they didn't do the service..................tossers.
I'd normally go through the scan tool to do it
I own a Discovery and regret buying it!
