Whenever I attended sales conferences and workshops I'd always be looking out for the one or two golden nuggets of information you can live by. One nugget I was told many years ago by a very successful CEO was 'Get big or go niche. If you're in the middle ground you'll die." You offer wise and sage advice to your peers and other strivers. I think with a CZcams Channel you should Expect Trolls - They come with the territory - In fact, the more professional channels 'embrace' the Trolls and do a 'Feature' especially FOR Them ..... Very interesting to hear that you didn't even see the plans yourself prior to getting the job. My first though was that approach is madness but thinking about it I suppose it really frees you up to focus on other aspects of the business where you can add more value and essentially on the work that you have actually won. Definitely keep the comments open. Of course that will invite the worlds greatest brickies to criticize your work and way of doing things but I think you are big enough to handle it!
