Should the ghunnah start right after pronouncing the letter before the noon sakinah or tanween, or should the ghunnah start when touching the makhraj (so not pressing)?

Different shiekh say that touch lightly the noon makhraj point in ikhafa is that right please guide.@Shiekh Abdlla beacause you are telling all the way donot touch the gums and hard palate.
