I suffered from eczema for 6 months..
Me personaly do the same with you, shower with no soap and start to use body butter that i made by myself and it works i healed from eczema after use this methode for 3 months..
Now I'm trying to minimize shampoing because i tend to get dandruf easily and I want to see it'll get better if I just rins my scalp and hairs with water only and just shampoing once per week..
I am just getting started with the Carnivore Diet the last couple weeks. As crazy as it sounds there are many youtube videos (many by doctors) claiming its benefits to curing skin problems (like eczema) among zillions of other health issues. So far I haven't noticed any huge changes, except my armpits do have just a faint smell kinda like hamburger meat, I seem to have a steady energy all day long without any feeling of crashing, and I am seeing a dry skin condition clearing up a little. I have lost most of my brain fog. I am still experiencing some of that but it definitely seems to be improving. I will keep going with this for at least 90 days to 6 months and then decide for myself whether all the hype is real.
