There is always that darn flat part because the roller that is causing the bend is a certain distance away from the dual squeeze rollers. I guess there is a way to make fully round tubes with this tool, but how?
Tap the sheet the opposite way to put a slight bend the other way then roll a few times flip the sheet around and do the same with the other end. Doesn’t get the flat spot out entirely but makes it a lot better.
The way to get the bend to the end, is to just barely get a bite on the end of the metal, then you would have to push/pull the other end up above the rollers to apply the bend to the end.
I dont get it,lol you can see the flat is clearly 3/8 when he says it 3/4 to 5/8...it also rocks when he puts it down yet he says it's perfect flat...lol

My usual way is to weld the edges, grind flat, then put it through the roll again
