Since lazar waited like 15 seconds right after the kill it gave enough time for minter to walk into electrical so that by the time behz walked into electrical he already found minter fixing lights, so he assumes it's not minter, so it's lazar. By doing this he cleared all of the pre-existing sus on simon in the previous rounds
Plus, if you try to defend lazar saying he was the one who killed josh, it's not that weird that one imposter kills the other to clear himself. Y'all stupid
