I got a good one! In the 4th series of tests in co-op, when you play the final chamber, there is a secret area with a companion cube. If you pick it up, you will get the achievement "party of three"

When you said stuff about Glados saying the paradox and how the turrets short circuited and Wheatley didn't react I think you forgot the part where glados was talking about how she was too smart and how Wheatley was designed to be a moron to dumb down glados

Wow... Portal superfan, here. I've played through both games at LEAST 10 times over the years. The Portal games are my most favorite games of all time. Hell, I even have a Portal tattoo. I've seen I don't know how many "___ Portal Facts You Didn't Know" videos, and none of them have taught me anything new...until this video. There were a few things in this one that I DIDN'T know, and I was very surprised and entertained by this! So, despite this video being 8 years old, it still taught me something new about a topic I thought I knew everything about. You've got a subscribe from me!

Hoopy is hidden in several different places in Portal 2. Also, Companion Cubes sing.
With the hidden painting of Cave and Caroline, if you turn your brightness up you can see a girl right on the right-hand side of the painting.
Also, in the start when Wheatley helps you try to find the portal gun, you can vaguely here Ratman muttering to himself as part of the soundtrack - Ghost of Ratman.
Another thing, there's also another spot where you can grab Wheatley. In the first chamber with the redirection cubes, you can portal in to the area where he appears and steal him.
You forgot to mention that when you awaken glados at the start of the game, you ride the elevator up (just after Wheatley gives his "let there be light" quote. If you jump at the right time, you can land onto of wheatley and grab hoopy the hoop in single player.
This was a pretty good video. I've spent quite a while playing Portal 2, and I knew almost nothing on this video. Well done!

Also, if you go back to the spike pit in Chapter 9, Wheatley rambles on convincing you to jump into the pit, and at the end PotatOS says a “”Secret”” voice line: “you really do have brain damage, don’t you? I can’t believe you came back.” Which is funny because the only time Chell having brain damage is mentioned is in the Relaxation Vault at the start of the game

1:54 Actually you can get back out of that Ratman den without dying. You just have to take the hard light bridge with you when you portal up there.

I actually find quite interesting a little thing in the ending of portal 2. And i am talking about Wheatley. Normally when wheatley is attahed to glados body his "body" is modified in a way so he can open his side panels with no problem. But when we open the portal to he moon... the model changes wheatly to his original body. Am i the only one that noticed?

Wow, really good! I didn't know most of these! 7 I noticed. 5 I knew only because I listened to all of the core's audio files. #2 was literally every other "10 things you didn't know" video compiled into one entry for your clearly superior video. :P
As for #1, Hoopy is also in the Rattman den that you put the radio into for one last secret signal. The whole room is basically an homage to Portal 1's life.
I didn't expect to see a portal facts video with such interesting and refreshing information- nice catch on the test chamber sign, and just a job well done in general!

At the end of a test of the perpetual testing initiative sometimes there's a hole in the roof in the hallway before going into the elevator. If you look closely in the whole (if there is one) you can see the hoop himself.

Number 9 is very similar in Portal in Test Chamber 13 where you could "lose" the cube, and GLaDOS would open the door, and you could even unlock an achivement called "Like A Rat".

i put 1559 hours into portal 2 i played portal 2 3 times full co-op atleast 2 times and PETI atleast 100 times how do i know? i have 198 PETI maps in the folder

Hoopy the Hoop is also seen a couple times in the single player game, the one i remember most is the one where it is underneath a broken panel in one of the test chambers.
Hoopy the Hoop Is also in the test chamber with the sequence of launch pads (I can't remember the chamber number but it is the one where glados throws a load of garbage at you) in the rat Man's den in that chamber, he's stood in the corner of the den :P idk if he's elsewhere too, but that's the one I know.
Actually, to get down from the Ratman den mentioned in #10, you can reposition your 2nd portal to land from above onto the light bridge.
u can see hippy in single player: one the first time u find Gladis on the ground, disabled and another straight after that in one of the first test chambers under a faulty arm that is spitting sparks as soon as u activate it
There is another spot that you can get stuck in the 2 player coop. I don't recall the level, but it's a short one where you get one of the players stuck behind a sideways light bridge and remove the portal you place for the bridge after the person walks through it to get there.
Wow, #5, I thought that was the normal sequence of events. I've played this game countless times and have always listened to the adventure sphere's dialogue. I expected that you'd catch something I didn't, but I didn't expect it to be that...
Sir, you are amazing. I'm a Portal fan (to the point my computer sounds are GLaDOS phrases and my last birthday cake was a companion cube) and it makes me really happy to see someone as addicted to Portal as I am
4:13 this was meant to be in the final product to show how the facility was transitioning from how it looked in portal 1 to how it looks now in portal 2. The broken emancipation grid looks like the emancipation grid from portal 1 because that's how it used to look and it hasn't been changed, or updated, by glados yet. It wouldn't make sense if the old emancipation grids just changed with no explanation so the player is to assume that glados was just updating the facility with newer equipment that was more accurate than what it was in portal 1. Glados didn't create the original equipment that Aperture Science had originally engineered, but after she waked up she updates them to her liking or what she thinks would have been better. It didn't just "change."

I found Ratman's place in chamber 11 in my first run. I got 'Tha Lab' foil card in the exact same moment as I saw that painting.
That was the greatest coincidence in my life.
Couple of things. One Portal stories Mel has a few Hoopy references in chapter four. Two, if you no lip around enough during the opening scene of portal two, you can find your room. Somehow.

When glados mentions that the companion cube isnt ACTUALLY helping you shes referencing to Rattmann and his delusions of the cubes in the valve comic Labb Ratt
Also you can find hoopy in the discouragement redirection cube intro, in the PeTI exit and somewhere else

Hoopy is also located in the area where GLADoS is lying dead before stupidity awakens her and in several other locations in the main game, not just that cutscene
You can find Hoopy even in Portal 2 in Testchamber 2 after you awakens GLaDOS. It lies under the stairs when u solve the "laserproblem".
You can also find Hoopy in GLaDOS's chamber when you wake her up in Portal 2, (it's beside her head) and in one of the Ratmann Dens (I think it's the one where you take the radio, in the chamber after the introduction to Arieal Faith Plates) and in one of the exit rooms in some community made chambers.
Did you know that at the Part Where He Kills You, if you duck when the mashy spike plates try to mash you, they won't kill you and the game will just sort of wait for you to either portal away or stand up.

I managed to trap myself by bringing the cube infront of the emancipation grill and then going back down so I couldn't get it. And GLaDOS won't help you then.
