This synth sounds great and with all the matrix and modulation sound paths the sound palette of this synth is really expansive!
I used The Legend in many my productions. The HZ version is definitely my top synth
Beautiful ! This synthesizer look so complete, 6 oscillators is more than enought.. very flexible. Is there a matrix ?
Hi Dylan, yes 6 is too much... no there isn´t a matrix. I am impressed how cinematic characted has given to It. One minus point less presets and only 1 chord sound.
@@simonlegrec There is a modulation matrix in this synth. Click on MM button over the sequencer.

Lots of good sounds in there, but lots of really average stuff as well. Interesting mix. Is it me or does anything that goes through the filter from 800 Hz to 3.0 Khz sounds like sandpaper scraping on the ground when you have a polyphonic bright sound? It sounds like it's distorting. Is it being overloaded by all the VCOs perhaps? This really is a hot rod soft synth. Not sure the filter was designed for this much input.

@@simonlegrec What do you think? Maybe the CZcams algorithm distorted the sound. Does it sound distorted to you?
Yeah I have this synth and it’s certainly something you can choose to, or not to have (the sandpaper-treble). It is my favourite synth too, out of: serum, arturia pigments, dune 3, zebra 2, etc. The «averageness» you speak of lies in that it is an analog synth with limited capabilities, but it makes up for that with its top notch quality sound.
CZcams does distort the sound abit too
MAybe..sometimes CZcams distort my songs...little bit..
Diva or The Legend HZ?
Depend of your sound Martin..here I miss more chord presets...and other sounds. HZ got more cinematic character, it´s amazing but I like Diva more.
I don't think diva will be beat for a long time in the synth world.. whatever U-he did there was pure magic
Kronos can do this, for sure😅
