Hi please help I programmed a group of fixture from left to right. Then, I made a left to right effect with that group. Now, I updated that group but effect does not change, It play with fixture order of old group. How to make effect so when i change group order it updates effect?
We'd advise using 'group FX' for these as the FX would update based on the group order and what's in the group - video on this here: czcams.com/video/_btpNTTo2go/video.html
Hello, I patched some point and wash fixtures and programmed colour palettes for them. Then I decided to morph them to points and washes from another manufacturer. In case of the wash fixtures, there was no problem. I morphed them from some China washes to Chauvet Rogue1 wash and all the palletes worked the same as before. However, when I morphed the point fixtures, I wasn't able to change colour or beam, although everything seemed to work properly. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
Hi Jonas, When morphing colour wheel fixtures often you will need to update the palettes again. With RGB/CMY colour mixing fixtures morphing will try and match these up.
Hello guys After using morph option, heads went to "unpatched" i doesn't stay on same address.. Can you guys explain me why? And also is it going to affect to my data like possition, beam etc.. after i patch to another addresses but with the same numerical order of head. hope you understand me Thank youuuu
This will happen if the mode/fixture you have morphed to requires more channels than there was space for. e.g if you have 4, 10 channel fixtures at addresses 1, 11, 21, 31 and morphed to a 15 channel fixture/mode the heads would be unpatched since there would be an address clash. You are free to re-enter free DMX addresses and re-address the fixtures, this will not affect programming or data like pos, col, beams, cues or palettes.
