Sweet trucks dude. I have an 05 Silverado that’s my baby and a 96 suburban with the 6.5 that I just bought. I don’t know as much about diesels as I do about gassers. Only mod I have on the burb is a 5 inch exhaust I did myself. The only problem is I think the fuel filter keeps getting dirty because I clean it out and it runs good for a day or two but when it gets bad again that’s when it’ll bog at a certain rpm and then it’ll vibrate at about 2000 rpm. It also has a hard time starting and smokes blue smoke when cold. Don’t know what I should check first, lift pump, injectors, etc. lol if you have an idea let me know because im new to the 6.5.

Sounds like a fuel issue. I replaced all my fuel lines and tank at the same time so I wouldn’t know. Change that fuel filter. Don’t just clean it out and then deff get a lift pump like a fass

@@Freddysimpsonn yeah it’s a brand new filter but it keeps getting some sediment down in the bottom. Was definitely going to look into a lift pump. Would you recommend getting a tune also?

I had the s60 on my 98 truck and traded it for a s54. I hella miss the sound of the s60
I traded because I have the nv4500 transmission
