I’m wondering about the comment that we have extra collagen in the muscles. Wondering if taking extra collagen for a 64 year old body is not a good idea if the person has Fibro.

I've been told for years that my ligaments and muscles don't feel right. Lumps and grainy. Every time I get a remedial massage. 😞
