Hopefully these last more than a couple years! I dunno if its just me but these led’s last me 1 or 2 years. I think i will try these when my current lasfits burn out.
@@underscr0e Sorry to hear that. If your original SL1's are within the warranty period, Diode Dynamics will swap them out for these new SL2's. The new SL2's have a lifetime warranty, and in my experience DD has been great with warranty replacements.
I orginally had the SL1 for 7 years and when they were starting to dim back in January, I bought Auxito so I could see the road again. Those SL2 Pros are definitely worth checking out especially not having to cram the extras in the housing and compact the bulb cover on. Thanks for the review, these will be my next set on the collie.
I bought the SL1 bulbs 4 years ago for my 2010 Camry, one died, I ordered the SL2 PRO without blinking ;) .. now I wait for delivery. IMHO they are excellent bulbs, and I do lots of night driving, pricey but DANG good bulbs!
Ive tried a lot of the bulbs you have reviewed. I am currently running the Lasfits from your other video. Are these any improvement from LasFit? Great video as always
I haven’t directly compared them to Lasfits. So I can’t say. These are great for the warranty and reliability alone tho. Can’t fault the lasfit product tho. If they’re working for you stick with them until they don’t!
I did my high beams with the Pros, one of the anti flicker modules came damaged. Hopefully they replace it, also did you have any difficulties installing the high beams? Mine do not want to fit into the housing
Interesting..... every ATV I've owned has 12 volt lights.... maybe some Diode Dynamics I can actually afford... maybe ? Just checked Fleabay $200.00 can't afford but I've been happy with my H4 Auxbeams they throw some good light for my Sammy
ATV was just an example. Not necessarily an exact science. These are a little pricey but worth it for lifetime warranty compared to others on the market.
Just installed these on my truck and they look NOTHING compared to the video as far as the output goes. Reached out to customer service days ago and have heard nothing back, maybe the collar needs to be adjusted for timing?
@@Guccioveralls keep in mind the video is taken with a camera. And will differ from your naked eye. But they are a noticeable improvement over halogens. I didn’t have to clock mine at all they were timed correctly from the factory.
@@fondupot dang, I had to spend so much time adjusting mine to get them right, and personally I don’t feel like they are much of an upgrade at all. Maybe I just got a bad batch.
@@fondupot The SL1 bulbs were terrible and fans were noisy as hell. Had to trim off some plastic on them as well. I may swap them out with the SL2's at some point

Cheers! You'll like the SL2's they're a noticeable increase from the SL1's.
You should try some Novsight N60, they're super bright
I’ll have to check them out. Thanks.

I’m sure they will take care of you. DD customer support is great. No issues with installing mine.
How do these compare to some of the Auxito that advertise like 16000 lumen. I know there a totally different design but wasn’t sure how they compare
I haven’t directly compared to Auxito. So I’m not sure.

Sorry to hear.
Do they fit behind the OEM dust caps?
Oh yea. With plenty of room to spare. They fit just like a halogen bulb would.

Is this plug and play with basic h11 bulbs?
Yes. It’s all explained in the video.
