I love both!
Voice over is just fine.....but do a combo - sometime speak to the camera directly during the video footage (like you are explaining something) and then on other times - do a voice over. So it will be a combination.

Tough question. You are a natural on camera. I do like the documentary/voiceover format too. Voiceover is great when there’s some scenery to look at!

I went to Sochi in 2016. The company I work for sponsors a formula team and I won a competition to go to the Russian Grand Prix in Sochi. I spent one week there and I was so surprised how beautiful it is. When I thought of Russia I thought of snowy Moscow where everything looks grey and old. But Sochi was beautiful it was really amazing. I’ve been wanting to come back to Russia but unfortunately with the current events I doubt I ever will. But I hope I someday I can return.

This diary style vlog is AWESOME! But I have to say, you gave us a little treat showing yourself on the camera as well 🤭 It is fine whatever you do. But it is good to know what your viewers think or want. Personally, I like it when I see your pretty face, but it really is not important to constantly show your face all the time. The way this video was done was PERFECT!🤩

It's a terrible country.
Both, surprised and happy to see Krasnaya Polyana resembling so much to my country Switzerland. One decisive difference: It takes you only 1 hour from Rosa Khutor (mountain resort) to Adler station (sea) by train. It takes you 7 hours from Davos (mountain resort) to Genua (nearest seaport; located in Italy).
Here in Southern California it takes a couple of hours to go from the local mountains with skiing (Big Bear) to the Pacific Ocean. This video looks more like the high Sierra Nevada Mts in Central California, or the Rockies in Montana.
Yes i have flown both destinations and boy are my arms tired

To tell the truth, I'm heartbroken. I've been dreaming of a long visit to Russia, the country of my ancestors. First, came Covid and now bilateral relations are worse than ever. At least, I can watch your videos and keep working on my Russian vocabulary.

I'm, I guess, a Russophile. I like things Russian. I've not traveled there (and with Putin in office, I don't know if I'll ever be able to travel there). But the people and culture are enchanting. This channel, with Svetlana, is amazing, and I so love getting to know the Russian people through her videos.
