    ✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
    * Edible Gum/Gond Katira (गोंद कतीरा) - 2 Tbsp
    * Water(पानी ) - 1 Ltr
    * Milk(दूध) - 1 Ltr
    * Milk Powder(दूध पाउडर) - 1/2 Cup
    * Rock Sugar/Mishri(मिश्री पाउडर) - 1 Cup
    * Rusk/Biscuit(रस्क/बिस्किट) - 10-12 Pcs
    * Sugar Syrup(चाशनी) - As required
    * Fresh Milk Cream(ताजा दूध की मलाई) - 2-3 Tbsp
    * Dry Fruits(सूखे मेवे) - For Garnishing
    * Red Sharbat(शरबत) - For Garnishing
    ✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐚, soak 2 Tbsp of Gond Katira in water to soften for 7-8 hours. Then put some Rock Sugar Powder & mix well.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢, take some Milk & put some Milk Powder & mix well. Next, keep the pan on the flame, put some Water & Milk & boil it on a high flame. Then put Milk Powder Milk & Candy Sugar/Mishri Powder in it. Stir & boil till the milk gets half from its initial quantity. Then turn off the flame & let it cool down. After that add some Fresh Milk Cream & mix well.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠, take a pudding tray, place the Rusk & pour the Sugar Syrup & boiling Milk & keep it aside for some time. Then spread the Rabri & fluffed Gond Katira. Garnish with some chopped Dry Fruits & set it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Then serve it chilled & enjoy the Healthy & Tasty Gond Katira Dessert during Summer.
