This installer is good at what she does. This is the best installation video I have found, and it corrects errors in other guides, for instance that some advise enlarging one of the bolt holes to allow access for the rectangular plates. Apparently they have not spotted the fourth, larger access hole. Enlarging one of the attachment holes can weaken the area! You also show how to keep the heat shield by snipping it to fit around the new hitch. Some guides actually suggest throwing it away! Thanks.
