Truck started running rough yesterday. Seemed sluggish off the line. Also a shaking starts about 5 miles an hour and gets really bad. Posted the following DTC‘s on my ex and my SCT X4 tuner. P0046, p0275, P0683 & P2287. History 3 years ago I had the the Mesa Arizona Bullet Proof kits done by a mechanic in Northern California. Before they touched my truck, when I had issues I would get an engine light if code was thrown. If had 4 issues since and 2 of the above codes my SCT tuner posted P0275 and P0683. My mechanic said there was nothing wrong with those to codes. But today I found now P0046 & P2287. I’m wondering if could be a defective PCU? For the fact I now feel obvious issues. No immediate power when I mash the fuel peddle and the now shacking. I read on other blogs where other people had the same symptoms while driving. They also posted a P0275 DTC. OH and that injector was replaced 2 years ago a year after all injectors were replaced. Any ideas or thoughts? Thanks, James
I run a SCT X4 on my 2007 6.0.and I watch the digital gauges often. Are there any resources that would give me the normal operation of the sensors? For example, my exhaust back pressure reads 57ish lbs at idle and 52ish on an engine breaking downshift.
Harpoon the ebp reading is incorrect on the tuner. When using ids at idle it’s around 3-9lbs and wot is around 20-40. I’ve talk to sct about that issue. They don’t have a fix
Hey 6.0Doctor, had a question. I have a 2003 f250 6.0 and recently had a front cover installed due to the old one having cavitation. My problem now is that when I was about to do an oil change and coolant came out the oil pan before the oil did. Would it be a head gasket issue or heads themselves. Truck never had a severe overheating issue. Any help from you or anyone out there would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance....Awesome videos.
I know this an old video but is that turbo hiss/whistle normal at idle. My truck is deleted and straight pipes. Bought it like that didn’t hiss at idle until new pcm and turbo were installed.
I have an 05 f350 6.0. I just deleted EGR by welding ends and flushed my oil cooler. I replaced glow plugs and harnesses by removing fender liner. I think I have everything plugged back in, and I don't hear or feel any leaks. I do have a 046 and 264 code about to pop up on my Scangauge2. It was hard to start initially, and now today it started easier, but I have almost no boost, and very little power. I am going to do that vacuum test tomorrow, and I'll test the voltage at the vgt plug. Beyond that, do you have any recommendations?
my 04 6.0 just started back firing every time i left off to clutch n shift and isn't building boost. would that b the bad egr pressure sensor/back pressure sensor
Hey someone saying you got a superduty service truck that dropped a lifter idk if ur making up the fake profiles and talking shit to SuperDuty Service in grain valley Missouri but if you got a truck from superduty service which I doubt make a video PROVE IT!!!!!!!!
FORD4LIFE73 I’ve never had one of there trucks in my shop. And since I’m on the other side of the country I doubt I will. I don’t have the time to make fake profile names and go on forms that’s kid stuff. Id be interested in seeing the links.

Anyone know a way to diagnose if the PCM is not producing boost with forscan? I hear the whistle but cts3 and forscan say 0 boost

on my boot valve has 12v both sides no ground to it im a soming it been shoted and need new pcm
