Oh god, that wheat field is bringing back old island trauma. I tried to make a wheat field "so large you'd be uncomfortable walking through it" for my weird farmcore island. Over five hundred wheat fields later... I reset the thing.
I feel you about the Animal Crossing villagers being mad... one time I was delivering a present for one of them and accidentally opened it so I just never talked to that villager again until they had the thought bubble asking to move out.
