Aurora is the mysterious voice in Frozen 2 that is calling to Elsa in the song "Into The Unknown" and many other places in the movie.
Her song "Midas Touch" is in the soundtrack for Season 3 of the TV series "Hanna", and she is vocalizing without lyrics on 21 of the songs in the soundtrack for the BBC documentary series "Frozen Planet II", and she was hired to sing "My Sails Are Set" (not her song) for the Netflix series "One Piece".
She also sings her own version of "Into The Unknown"🙂
She also sings for the games: Original Game Soundtracks for Sky: Children of the Light and "Hunting Shadows" for Assassin's Creed
Fun fact. Aurora is headling Roskilde this year with casual names like Foo Fighters, PJ Harvey and Jane's Addition. She still feels like this young woman who was always most comfortable in front of a small crowd of "warriors and weirdos" grinning and crying. It is thus easy to forget that she is a regular on the biggest stage at the biggest festivals these days and that her new music on CZcams alone now regularly whips up a million views in the first week without counting all the other media platforms she is on and that she is invited to have concerts in places like the Sydney Opera House - not a venue you can casually book.
She made the original soundtrack for the PlayStation game Sky: Children of the Light and "performed" it as an avatar in-game on the day of release. Murder Song is used in The Flash (TV series) and Teen Wolf (TV series), Through the Eyes.... is heard in Reign (TV series), Frequency (TV series) and The 100 (TV series). Thus you are two for two on the soundtrack idea, my friend. She has also written songs for movies and series not being on albums - the list is long.
Murder Song is also in the German movie "Rock My Heart." And then there's the adapted "Running With the Wolves" in the "Wolfwalkers" animated movie.
Aurora is an ethereal fucking angel. She hits a part of your soul that breaks your heart and heals it at the same time. She’s just an experience. So happy to see you diving into her music! ❤

Yes, she has already been in a movie, she was the voice of the North Wind calling to Elsa in "Frozen ll". She also sang this song in episode 12, season 4 in the series "The 100", very emotional scene.

Beautiful song and the message. Her music has a lot of variation. But if we are in this Aurora "time" I would recommend Lucky live from Nidarosdomen.
I would also recommend "All Is Soft Inside" live from KEXP 2018 Iceland

I LOVE watching your first time Aurora reactions. I might have said it last time but I'm jealous that you get to hear her for the first time. I remember the day I heard her for the first time & spent well over a half day going down the rabbit hole. She has her own special playlists on my devices. I crave 2-3 hour drives when I can immerse myself into her voice. I can't wait until you see her in conversation or an interview. She is a hoot & can turn any frown upside down. I vote for an Aurorathon!
Yep, Aurora is another artist I would 100% love to see Will react to interviews/whatever with (yesterday he did Ren's message to his CZcams audience on a million subscribers). She's SO INTERESTING.
How such a delicate and subtile softness can generate so powerful emotions is quite impressive to me. It's interesting to compare it with her performance at Nidarosdomen, but you really should discover this concert in this venue through a reaction video, it's worth the waiting.

Great reaction again. But it's easy , when the singer is otherworldly 😉. This song is exactly that and most reactions say so. There are a lot of very good performances of this one, but there are probably two so "fighting" for attention. It is this one (which I am most fond of) and the one in the Nidarosdomen that is probably the most loved. It's fun to see this sometimes. Suggestions for the next one, I'll try to wish, but it doesn't hurt to write this as well. Aurora - Lucky live in Nidarosdomen. My favorite performance ever made. See ya soon!!

Very nice! As people have already mentions, she's in soundtracks, but also made some shorts covering songs like "Misty Mountain" from LOTR. She should definitely be in more. "Running With The Wolves" has been in more than one movie I believe, or maybe it's 1 movie and some TV-series. Feel free to correct me here 😄. She tends to have people in her band that can all harmonize very well. Silja Sol is kind of famous for it, but she was not in her band yet at this stage.
Great reaction! Aurora is (and this song in particular) a Soul Healer. So comforting and she makes it truly a personal experience for each listener. So proud of what Aurora has accomplished to this point in her career. PS/ this song was part of a very big hit series : "The 100" She is also a trained dancer from her childhood.

Aurora reaction videos are my big -guilty- pleasure. After a long day at work, it's this strange ASMR kinda way to unwind. I literally don't watch ANY other reaction videos....just Aurora lol. And most are just...fine. But every now and then someone discovers her who I can tell is gonna fall DEEP in love with her artistry and humanity, just as I did when I found her 4 years ago. And I just saw you did the HAIK doc too! Can't wait. :)
I'm sure a hundred people have already said it...but I'll just add to the choir: You _gotta_ do the entire Nidarosdomen concert. It is hands down the pinnacle of her live stuff. It's one of the top 5 concerts I've ever seen...and I just watched it on my computer....and I've seen The White Stripes, Smashing Pumpkins, and Tool _in person._ But it's genuinely _that_ good.
My fave 😍 I don't know if you've gotten to Ren x Chinchilla How To Be Me Live version but this song and that are neck and neck for the best live performances I've ever seen. I get chills every time.

Jacob Collier is another former prodigy genius who is completely himself. Check him out. Little Blue is a great intro, he started making videos at home with crazy harmonies. He totally blew away music royalty and won Grammys for his first four albums!
