Getting a lot of really good help on this channel. This talk was super helpful. I have always had social anxiety, but it was not even defined when I was young. Finally we are getting somewhere with this difficulty!
Thanks for this. I needed it today. 💜
My biggest worry is whether I am imposing.
That is one of my greatest fears as well, along with the fear of being an embarrassment to my family.
I have had a lifelong fear that even when people are nice to me, they are just doing it to be nice.
I am finding that aging and getting older is hard. Am I looking to old? Like a competition on who looks better. It makes it tough to get out there.
