  • I love drawer liners. Not only does it actually protect your drawer from getting gross. It also gives your drawers a design element that makes opening them more interesting.
    In this video, I am breaking down the steps you need to take to ensure you are lining your drawers the easy way using The Duck Brand Easy Liner.
    For this video, I am using Black Marble Adhesive Easy Liner. You can get it here: rstyle.me/+SZJ...

    Just moved into a new place which is an older home. I'd always done either no drawer liner or adhesive before. I watched another one of your videos about Clorox Solid Grip and opted to put that in most of the cabinets and drawers in my kitchen and bathroom. It covered tons of gross rings and bubbles. I was dreading putting adhesive liner in the remaining cabinets, but your tape trick made the process so seamless and gratifying. I want to yell about it from the rooftops. I want to send you before and after photos even though we've never met. Thank you!

    Ty. I'm up and getting ready to begin. My mom used to line our drawers. I, still, remember the pattern from Jr. High. I'm 57. It brings back, good, memories. Thanks again.

      I love that! When we try to preserve things we care about they last! I think that is something we need to take away from previous generations. Use what you have first before buying new.

    Love the tip about the frog tape! I never thought of that. I’ve always been afraid to line my drawers because I’ve never been shown how.
    Also - your hair is 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

      I am so happy you found this helpful! I think using tools to help you do a project is perfect, just like using Frog Tape to hold the liner down!

    We don't need all that crap at the beginning. Just simply the directions, thanks.

      @@OrganizedMamas Sorry to be so frank, but anyone looking for directions and advice for lining drawers is already decided on their reasons for lining and don't need to hear someone else's philosophies and reasons for doing so. Too many CZcamsrs have too much intro.

      A lot of these types of videos are sponsored posts. We are required to give talking points which is why they do that. Companies want their points to be shared.

    Thanks for the tips. I felt like you missed a step. Have you ever tried using a small smoothing tool to get those air bubbles out. It's kind of like applying a screen protector right?

    • @OrganizedMamas
      @OrganizedMamas  Před rokem

      Yes I have! But not everyone has one so using your arm to smooth works too!

    Of course you’d use liner that has patterns to avoid seeing your wrinkles and bubbles. Post a video inserting, plain color liner with the tape. I’ve been fighting with this liner for the last 30 minutes 🤬

      That's why I use patterned liner! It's way more practical to hide all the imperfect!

    Your intro was so dumb that I actually decided not to use drawer liner. Thanks for saving me the time.
