Fujitora is the reason why bounties make at least some sense. Up to his introduction we were baffled about who, that wasnt a pirate or marine, could even take down someone with a 500+ million bounty. He showed us there are insanely strong people without any affiliation in the One Piece world.
I've always found it cool about One Piece that anyone can become a goddamn powerhouse.
Like, in MHA if you're born without a quirk or with a weak one, you're never gonna become one. In DBZ, only the Saiyans matter, so again if you don't have the genetics you're screwed. So, in both of these, you've got a tiny circle of people who will never get surpassed.
But in One Piece, you can become as strong as you want, as long as you have enough *will* to do it. And there's a whole bunch of people like that. It makes sense too - like if you think about it, 0.01% of 8 billion people is still 800.000.

I suppose you mean before he became an admiral but we don't know how strong he was before that (for all we know, he could have become an admiral as soon as he got the Sushi Sushi no mi which is his biggest source of strength). He also could have been a marine for a long time before becoming an admiral (unless it was specifically mentioned that that's not the case).
In my opinion fujitora is the most likeable admiral after garp (i know garp is a vice admiral) fujitoras justice is akainus and aokijis combined which makes him kinda like an uncle iroh like characther, either way his devil fruit and design is amazing

Have to disagree with you on this. Fujitora's sense of justice is strong but I believe just like the character he is based on (Zatoichi) he will throw the "law" out the window if there is a moral conflict. I would also say he is a better person than Aokiji since I don't believe Fujitora would have participated in the buster call on Ohara.

Fujitora wins 15 times in his introduction probably because that ties him more closely to his ZATOICHI archetype; Zatoichi made his living as an itenerent gambler and masseuse; his senses were so sharp that he could hear the way the dice fell in a chō-han cup ; he ALWAYS won at dice, unless someone was cheating; this would quickly get him in trouble with the criminal-types running the game; many of the movies opened with him winning a bunch of money at a chō-han table, pissing off the gang that ran the game, being set upon by the entire gang, and then having to use his even more impressive sword skills to cut his way out; the scene where Fujitora is at the roulette table is a very much like one from ZATOICHI, except that whereas in the movies, the character was forced to defend himself alone, despite (apparently) heavy odds and his obvious blindness, LUFFY IMMEDIATELY comes to his assistance, the opposite of the cowardly way by-standers behaved in a Zatoichi movie...the theory about FUJITORA'S sword being the source of his power, probably came from the fact that Zatoichi's swordcane frequently housed a blade from a super-legendary swordsmith, and was usually of much higher quality than those used by the majority of samurai, able to curt through almost anything, including their swords...

Can't help but wonder now, if Lluffy's ability to judge his crew's intents, before they joined joined, was a demonstration of observation haki.
Especially considering the "Voice of all things" and his ability to hear the sea kings and zunesha like roger without reaching his Whole Cake Observation Haki levels
Can't Trafalgar Law just do his shambles on Fujitora and someone so that he can see Luffy
That's what i was thinking during the entire Dressrosa arc, like "Law can use his room/shambles and give him eyes at least to see Luffy's face"
I think if I understand law's power right he won't be able to see out of his new eyes either

My favorite moments in the series belong to Fujitora. His introduction scene with Zoro is the MOST badass way a character has been introduced so far. His reaction to Luffy's "because... I kind of like you" is priceless. And his first and only regret(sorry GLR) of blinding himself is so heartwarming.
I honestly love Fujitora. He's such an odd character, I feel like he might end up with the Revolutionary Army or even the grand fleet eventually
I think he's going to align with Sword.
He is easily on my top 5 favorite characters list.

The devil fruit doesn’t make the user, Engel with his lightning devil fruit still got beaten by pre gears Luffy, Haki and durability plays a role too and even then gravity ain’t even the best Devil Fruit. So he’s not beating Akainu who a Monster and fought for 10 days or Kizaru who can move in light speed with both of which with Aokiji got Advanced Arnament Haki.
The balloon thing is cute cause Sakazuki woulda popped it, Borsalino woulda ignored it and Kuzan might've grabbed it, most likely I think. That really shows you which admirals we should like.

Fujitora's Devil fruit is actually the ultimate version of the kilo kilo no mi and the ton ton no mi. He can do everything the users of the other fruits can and so much more.

He probably does because I have a question for you, how could he know where the meteors he sends down are in space? There are two things in my mind, either his gravity fruit makes it so he could sense the gravitational force the meteors exert which would be extremly small, OR he has such good observation haki that he could find where it is even if the normal human sight could never in their dreams see it

Besides the now traitorous Kuzan (Aokiji), Issho (Fujitora) is definitely the best Admiral in my humble opinion. Whereas Aokiji let Robin escape the destruction of Ohara and subsequently saved Smoker from Doflamingo, Fujitora actually APOLOGIZED ON BEHALF OF THE CORRUPT WORLD GOVERNMENT. If that's not a badass right there's I don't know what is.
Can Fujitora see because of his Devil Fruit power. Everything that has mass has a gravitational pull and he can control that so from the information of the gravotational pulls around him he might be able to make a mental picture of what everything around him looks like.

The more I see haki manifest in different ways, the more I believe there is a greater purpose to it that we cant even fathom yet
happy birthday fujitora!!! along with garp,tashigi,koby/helmeppo,smoker(especially with him doing something nice to a kid.:3),tsuru,kuzan & hina is a great showing of the marines true portrayal of justice compared to akainu who symbolizes going too far with justice and being more villainous than most of the pirates we see/the reason i still call the world govt./marines the true villains of the series. (with the world nobles,imu/the gorosei erasing parts of the world and the corruption that resulted in fujitora blinding himself.love that moment of him telling akainu off in a mental version of whitebeard's beatdown and him & sengoku trolling him when he came for the reverie.)
i hope we see him,smoker,tashigi & garp in the next arc.

Fujitora is the next Fleet Admiral. The man truly cares about the people and even respects his enemies. He will even swallow his pride and bow to others. He is the leader the Marines truly need.
Fujitora is one of the best characters in the series. he is a BLIND ADMIRAL. like how could you be one of the strongest people on the planet while being blind. and the fact the HE BLINDED HIMSELF takes it to another new level.

Literally the strongest devil fruit user in One Piece. If you consider the real physics. If he create a black hole strength gravity, he could literally destroy the whole world. Which he obviously can since he could easily pull down a meteor from space. He could Chibaku tensei, Catastrophic Planetary Devastation the whole One Piece world.

Fujitora!! Its 2023 im very late to one piece but better late than never! I just finished the Donflamingo Arc first i was like Law is my new favorite character then they introduced Fujitora and i was blown away!! Love his character his persona and powers are just awesome !!
Imagine watching until the end and being disappointed that there's no end screen funny content.
Now that we know just how truly strong the Admirals are, there's almost no question Fujitora could have easily dismantled the birdcage if he wanted to. He really wanted the Straw Hats to get the credit for taking down Doflamingo!

Weird how Fujitora, Rayleigh and Katakuri use observation haki. One uses it to see future, the other to sense what is happening in the grandline, and the last to understand people's feelings and thoughts. It might be possible that there's advanced obsevation haki
Luffy's observation haki is a combination of all 3, plus intent sensing. In addition to that he also has the Voice of All Things.
Luffy is a full haki prodigy.
