I can’t believe Charity didn’t send Brayden home as soon as he said “I question your character a little bit” right to her face and then hear he called her classless behind her back. Definitely a producer decision and she deserves better 😢
Did you see him say "I question your character " to her face? Or was it said with the back of his head and the front of her face to the camera. Because that is where the producers do their best frankenbiting magic.

We didn’t actually see him say that. One thing about this show is they will mix sound clips that didn’t actually happen at that time.
@@tyejones431101 At 8:27 he is saying it off camera and all you can see is Charitys face. Rule of thumb with reality TV--if you do not actually see it come out of their mouth, there is a good chance the producers are manipulating it in some way. You do not see him say it. If you watch again, you can actually hear the sound quality difference between what he says when we can only see Charitys face and when we can actually see the words come out of his mouth. This is a strategy used all the time by the producers where they take things that are said and place them in scenes where they were not said. They also splice up sentences to make them fit the story line they are producing.
One of Charity's toenail clippings has more class than Brayden will ever have.

I (and I think a lot of others) am at the point where I don’t even watch the show anymore, because the recap is so much more entertaining and efficient. So, bachelor fantake, if you’d start putting out ~20 min videos about each recap so there’s time for more detail and context, I know I’d watch that entire video every single time (and I think a lot of other people would too!). Either way, thank you for the amazing videos!

How does Charity not see the red flags from Brayden....? The fact her brother brought him up in day 1 about someone to look out for then him saying he questioned her character? How is that not an instant sending home? On top of that she is almost 30 and he is 24, there is a huge maturity difference in those ages she needs to focus on men on the same level as her.
Charity, in my opinion, is the most beautiful and well-rounded bachelorette we've had in years. I love everything about her. Brayden is wearing me thin. I really like Xavier, Joey, and the super tall guy (maybe Datum?)

Agree. She really handles everything so maturely and she’s so much more secure and confident than other bachelorettes have been, which is so nice to see. I honestly hope she finds the right person for her, and that we start getting more leads like her in the future.

It was really nice to see that Spencer seemed to gain some confidence in this episode. I have no idea if he was just nervous on the first night, but it was just nice to see him feeling more comfortable. I'm kind of sorry he went home.
I feel like Joey is charity strongest connection so far he feel like someone charity could realistically meet ,and Date outside reality tv.

Adrian telling Charity that people are only there for spring break is pathetic. These people are stuck at the mansion all day all week, so why shouldn’t they enjoy the pool and pass time? Adrian just wants to sit and be serious and wait all day. It’s so stupid. All of these people say “they’re not here for the right reasons” just because they’re not fond of a specific person. This show is getting more and more pathetic each season.

He never once used the word classless, Adrian said that to make it seem worse, he is a liar and manipulative, I felt he deserved to go home more than Brayden. Brayden was at least upfront and honest to Charity about how he felt and even told her about him packing his bags, I rather have an honest person over a liar and manipulative person like Adrian.

Brayden saying he felt lied to made no sense at all. He is exhausting and it’s making sense why he is single. Adrian was annoying too - when they were on the group date and he said he wasn’t going to talk to charity because that wasn’t what the day was about was so annoying because he keeps preaching about how serious he is and how he has a daughter. Make a move or go home my friend. So disappointed charity comforted Brayden when he said he doubted her character. He wasn’t even there. He is so unserious
I like the energy of the guy promoting the other guy. Would be a great strategy for BIP, other than producers like drama, not good positive vibes... maybe for Canada

Something I didn’t notice until I listened to the shandy podcast was we never saw Brayden’s mouth when he said he question her character because they felt like if he said that to Charity would have had a bigger reaction to that then just nodding and being fine. They suggested some Frankenstein biting. But still they gotta pull that from somewhere so he might have said it off cam in an ITM

Sometimes I wish the contestants watched the show because in Brayden's case, he is being really raw and he even said he speaks before he thinks. Brayden is also charismatic and emotional. Brayden is getting a lot of airtime, and either he is going home soon or they want him for his eclectic style or so he can be on BIP. If the men only knew they are manipulated to make "good" reality tv. We shall see what happens in episode 3. I love Charity's men this season.

Keep in mind that production is very good at stirring drama. Brayden questioned her character because she agreed to make out in front of the cast of guys solely for the purpose of entertainment. That's why she can understand his point and who knows, she may have looked back on it thinking that's not in her character to do so. Some of these commenters are pointing the finger at the wrong people. It's okay to have values, you know?

Brayden reminds me of a younger version of Johnny Depp LOL. He seems alright to me so far, I kinda like him and I think his interviews are very weirdly edited but we´ll see what he gets up to at a later stage.
Pour one out for Joshua, who we only really got to enjoy via a couple of ITMs and his sweet, soul-crushed expression when learning about Joey's 1-on-1 time. Seems like a good egg, and easy on the eyes too.
And pour it up for John winning the group date rose despite a (seemingly) clumsy attempt at foreplay. He's a cutie!

I think she made a mistake not sending Brayden home. He is lacking in Emotional Intelligence, and seems to be looking for his 15 or more minutes of Fame. I see red flags from him having an issue that she is trying to build chemistry with the other guys. It is not the "Brayden," show. She is dating to find her 4ever person. She will see him for real hopefully soon enough.
