It's interesting cause I work in marketing at my day job (commercial filmmaker) but I do find myself conflicted at times. Everywhere you look you see ads, and I'm contributing to it! But it's what makes the world go round so what can ya do?

These videos are educational and hilarious at the same time. Love it. It’s also got me thinking about how my attitude towards advertising was probably shaped. I had a middle school teacher who gave us a handout on different kinds of advertising techniques. After thinking about it from a perspective that it’s a form of manipulation, it made me start tuning them out. A catchy jingle is way to get around that though.
