  • Here's a great workout you can do at home with just a kettlebell or dumbbell. This is an AMRAP Crossfit workout consisting of six different exercises in one round. You have 20 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible. If you can't get to a Crossfit or strength and conditioning gym, this is a perfect workout you can do by yourself at home to stay in shape!
