    This is hands down my favorite football channel on CZcams. Football Today in particular. Hopefully this will be taken as constructive criticism and not shit talking, but I dislike the way you guys start by talking about a random coach or team in the middle of the rankings before you even read off the list. Start at the bottom and discuss each item as it comes up. Again, love the video and love this channel. Keep up the good work fellas!

    Shanahan right now is like what Reid was in Philly. Shanahan has 4 NFCC’s in a row with 2 Super Bowl appearances, and Reid had 4 NFCC’s in a row (plus 1 more) with 1 Super Bowl appearance. Since then, Reid has 3 SB wins, 2 of them over Shanahan.

    Doesn’t make sense to me how there is such a wide gap in the rankings between Demeco Ryans and Shane Steichen. Both took bottom five teams to a win-and-in game a year later. Only difference was HOU had one of the greatest rookie QBs ever and IND had Gardner Minshew bruh

    Big negative on Stefanski/Watson is that when Watson was deciding on teams Stefanski and Watson sat down and broke down film and coach said how he would deploy Watson which DW4 supposedly “loved”. Now with less than 12 games played together DW4 dislikes the system so much that they are changing to a shotgun/Ken Dorsey offense. One has to ask themselves why the change if Stefanski’s system has been shown to work and are coming off of his best season as a coach??

      lol they barely muttered it reading the list. Penik went to brush over some of the more intriguing coaches in the top ten ranked 4-8 before the Reid convo and he even skipped over him there, too. 1:00:17 😂 I wish they elaborated a little bit Campbell, Ryans, and Jim Harbaugh, specifically, as well as LaFleur.

    I get Campbell's star seems to be rising and all but is he really a better coach, right now, than LaFleur? In their careers, MLF is 56-27. Campbell is 29-33-1. It's seeming to be a bit of recency bias is going on as Detroit won the division last year, while Matt was having to rid himself of all the "He had Rodgers carrying him for 3 years" stink. But he actually proved last year he's a good coach. He had a first year starting QB (while the Lions had an established vet in Goff) in Jordan Love (who btw, had better stats and more wins in his first year than Rodgers did). He turned Love's game around mid-season and got them to the playoffs in a "rebuild" year with rookies and 2'nd-year players all across the board at WR and TE, as well. MLF has 4 winning seasons and 3 division titles to Campbell's 2 winning seasons and 1 division title. Plus, Campbell got Goff who was already more established and came up under McVay. I mean, come on. Let's put a little bit more respect to Matt LaFleur's name.

    Andy Reid grew as a HC when he came to KC. Yes, he had some blown leads but the big one against the Colts was injury-related. What puts him over the top is that he does more with less. Yes he has Mahomes and Kelce but the man made a living dragging terrible receivers and QBs to playoff appearances.

    Mike McCarthy is just as good as Sean Payton. In fact he’s better. Look at their career records it’s pretty much the same but McCarthy has a few more wins. It’s crazy how much people hype him up yet shit on McCarthy. With that being said I’m a giants fan and I definitely think he’s better than Brian daboll. Brian dabol is a good coach but he’s only been a HC for two years so come on that crazy

    • @KTF0
      @KTF0 Před 2 dny

      Dude, you're way overrating McCarthy. Sean Payton and McCarthy have way different rosters. Sean somehow dragged that bad roster to a mid record. McCarthy was hired to get the Cowboys over the hump and hasn't done so and has a loaded roster offensively and defensively.

    Sirianni is out of the top 12. As an Eagles fan im not even really sure what he does. As an offensive guy, the offense was stale after week 3. The plays Brian Johnson ran last year were predictable and boring, and nothing changed. In my eyes, you cant be a players coach as a head coach if thats all that you do. I think things get better this year with Moore as the OC, but Sirianni confuses me.

  • @LowQualContent
    @LowQualContent Před 2 dny

    As an Eagles fan, Sirianni is too low. Those coordinators, on both sides of the ball, were expected to be good and they flopped HARD. And Patricia didn't help things. He is a top 12 coach, even if that's 12.

    • @AlexRoth-vd1js

    John harbaugh is not a better coach than Mike Tomlin, the Steelers are 7-1 in the last 4 years vs the ravens with the corpse of Big Ben/kenny Pickett/ Mitch Trubisky… Harbaugh has one of the best rosters in football and Lamar Jackson and still can’t beat Tomlins Steelers

  • @thatnickuh
    @thatnickuh Před dnem

    How is Harbaugh over Tomlin? Steelers have won like the last 7/8 against the ravens without a qb. That makes absolutely no sense.

      @@ilovesportsANDgaming You don’t really know who makes those decisions unless you’re in their building. You’re speculating
      Even with Canada, a cooked being ben, and a bust in Pickett the Steelers still beat the ravens 4/5 times. It’s nonsensical to put Harbaugh over Tomlin.
