This routine didn’t make sense, why moisturize before taking a shower? Then the bath salts, why not put them into the bath? Are they just for smelling? What about a candle to set the mood in the spa?

@@buttercup3ish idk but for me i have pretty dry skin and water is pretty rough for it so that helps as a protection
This is a very old practice - in yoga and ayurveda you always massage and dry brush before showering and steaming. You technically should use oil to dry brush with. She's doing it wrong brushing totally dry, but moisturizing before immersion in water isn't uncommon and leaves skin soft. The bath salts are, yes, just for smelling.
@@buttercup3ish even tho she is washing it off it's still absorbing in her skin so it doesn't leave ur skin really dry after shower as our skin tends to get so it's like a extra layer of moisturizing
