- Shower (use body scrub, dead sea face scrub, shower gel)
- Apply body lotion
- Steam face (hot water with essentials oils)
- Exfoliate
- Apply face mask + cucumber slices on eyes
- Apply hyaluronic acid face serum with Gua Sha
- Apply day creme and eye creme, massage face with amethyst face roller
- Have breakfast

I love to pamper myself and I do spa day..Its refreshing and invigorating just do something for yourself for a couple of hours..it's one of my favorites..I also want to let you know in morning I sometimes do overnight oats with oatmilk,protein powder, dragon fruit,bana,pb2,cacao nibs, chia seeds and blueberries and put it in frig overnight and breakfast next morning so delicious

I can’t speak for Lauren, but I have chickens & they do poop everywhere. They make up for it with awesome personalities, cool noises & fresh eggs :) I have to make sure my dogs don’t try to clean up after them…my dogs are so gross & try to eat every form of poop they can find!
They do! Well, technically they have their own area but the kids go in and out of their coop and leave the door open. I just wait for the rain and it washes away but honestly, I would prefer they stay in their safe coop! The chicken poop is EVERYWHERE!
