Did the opposite and not regretting huge difference in gross salary and other allowances. 85% get home state and remain in homestate upto scalr 4. Other 15% after 5 yrs they get circle tranfer to home state
Sir, I was a LIC ADO my branch manager @LIC did not help me getting an NOC to appear for any competitive exams instead made problems. Now I have resigned as I have got IBPS PO after writing it without anyones knowledge. I have plans to prepare for other exams further. But I fear asking for NOC for each and every exam will only bring me trouble from the branch. Is appearing for exams without informing the Bank Branch Manager a good option sir? Or will the bank's management be kind enough to allow us to prepare and appear for other exams? Kindly advice sir...

Don’t ask for noc every time just inform them that u have your preliminary and mains exams and after getting your interview or dv call than only ask for noc and no one can deny to give noc to u
@@HiteshMeena0810 Thanks bro. But my concern is, once they know I am preparing for other jobs, they will begin to ill treat me. It happened with many of us at LIC that is why I was wondering if it safe to inform them that I am writing other exams.
I am saying don't inform them until u get final call from somewhere else in some cases

Relieving will suffice, mai bhi sbi clerk tha, resigned this year in Feb, joined sa through CGL, isme relieving letter se ho gya kaam

Sir PNB clerk vs RRB clerk which is better both in own state and also i dont want to take promotion as i am ex servicemen pay protection is there
Pnb clerk because in case of RRB clerk staff shortage will be there so u will be multiple works to be done including cash and also getting leaves is difficult but fairly better in pnb as sufficient staff will be present
