I always noticed a break sometimes helps me get over a slump when I’m playing granted I’ve never took a 35 year break.
I too quit for several years. I don’t think the desire ever really leaves you but life gets in the way. I’m 64 and it seems to be harder to learn and store information, playability and timing. It’s slowly coming back, but the way I look at it you learned it once…!!! Hang in there guys.🎸🎸🎸

Cheers Fiski! Welcome onboard and thanks for the support! GuitarRig is really good… really quick and easy to get going. I just though Amplitube had a much broader range of gear…and when I tried a free trial it sounded great. I try to copy the kit that original bands used and AmpliTube has such a good selection of authentic amps and effects. Patreon support has made it possible for me to expand AmpliTube… with the fender and orange collections… and recently there was a deal where I got the Jimi Hendrix and Brian May packs. They’re both great fun… so look out for some tunes!
