- 1 Timothy, chapter 3 explained. In this video we will see the instructions of Paul for leaders in the local congregation. We need to follow the principles Paul detailed in order to abide by the truth.
In chapter 3, Paul is very specific about each one of the qualifications that a leader needs to produce fruitfulness in the midst of each congregation. This will help a local congregation see things from a biblical perspective rather than focusing on the world.

I believe as you do that the scriptures tell us how to make our choices of who should do the work in our Churches. I see that the reasons for why the Church people should meet certain standards before being chosen for leadership. They would not have kept these notes and lengthy discussions for us to read if they did not believe it would serve those who followed them.

Bro. & Rabbi Baruch. I am very sad to tell you that majority of overseers and deacons in churches in Australia, do not pay real attention to these sciptures. They knowingly and deliberately ignoring many of the qualifications written in these sciptures. You are and few others are very rare. I am saying this with a broken heart that these qualifications are extict. THEY DO NOT EXIST NO MORE in many churches
It is the same here in the United States. I will pray for you and your family that God will lead you to a proper Church with a Pastor who is according to Biblical standards, and I hope that you will pray for me also.
Wholeheartedly agree, living in Canberra and to date have not found a fellowship that adheres to Biblical doctrine without compromise. A sign of the times we are living in. I have fellowship with members of my earthly family alone at this stage, Godly men like Baruch provide food for the famine, praise be to Yeshua.

@@robertmoon1018 We live in Sydney Sth W where there are a lot of churches but the messages are weak and the Word of God often compromised. I found ps Steve Cioccolanti in Melbourne are bold and strong. Is the Australian Christian Lobby (ACL) speak & stand up for truth? It is good to know that you also feel distressed about the churches condition here
For the Passover
Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats:
And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening.
Exodus 12:5-6
The lamb had to be without blemish (Christ).a male of the first year ( Adam,Christ is the second Adam).taken from the sheep or goats(Christ will come from people who serve either the creator or the creature )
Kept til the 14th day of the month(14 generations from David to Christ)
And the whole assembly of congregation of Israel shall kill it.( the crucifixion)
As with the Passover ,only the blood of the lamb can save you from Gods wrath.
