Lessons i learnt from this podcast is you should learn the in and outs of the business from the ground level to succeed (like the way he is concerned about wait times of valet parking) and implement good things in business so that they stay for long time and of course "CUSTOMER IS GOD AND WORKER IS FAMILY" i guess that goes on his eulogy.
Also happy that he know about mamaji jilebi from karimnagar 1:07:06 which i have been eating since childhood
