For people who are curious what Duncan's Arcade means asked by the host of the DWDD Dutch Show, Duncan answered: “I found the inspiration in the story of a loved one, a person who I lost at a young age. I've always had a hard time dealing with this lost she was only 40 when she died. (…) She had the love of her life but suddenly he wasn't there anymore. And until the end she had the hope that he would come back. And that HOPE I put in this song and video. I shot the naked under water scenes with director Paul Bellaard. Her death had a major impact: it was my first major loss and it still is. Ducan Laurence I named the song that arose then "Arcade" it seemed the words and chords came naturally from the heart.
