2:14 Actually HETC's base speed is 16 now, which is the same as any soul (that doesnt give speed up or down) with no morph. and as for rage, it now only nerfs your resistance to 20 since its the min resistance you have, and well the knife wave is actually REALLY good and messy, also the slowing the melee gives to sans being able to stack is just OP if you manage to get 2-3 hits you basically won unless the sans can defend himself greatly
I feel like the rework is very good, and now they are worth 500 wins and a hard to get badge. But people make it out way stronger than it is, no sans is really dead after the slow down stacking unless they don't have a bone zone or anything like force. So maybe like 2 or 3 sanses.
imma put some thoughts here. dusttale frisk. yes its shield takes a sec to recharge but if you are good at minimalizing the unnecessary time its active and actually dodging a bunch of stuff its still great. bravery dustfrisk is scary. about 120ish base dmg. 178 crit and if your healing items are legendary heros you can do about 200 with 1 and 246 with 2. and thats just counting the dmg bravery gives you. and the second life isnt as bad as people say it is. yes you need to be incredible at dodging or flighting smoothing that doesnt have that many moves total or good moves but this goes very far. next thing imma talk about is bone. people say after the nerfs is bad but it really isnt. ive learned kindness bone is incredibly good. new bone is a super aggressive weapon. you get free heals if you attack recovering 30 stam and 12 hp. you have a blaster that can keep the pressure going and a dodge that is great for movement and makes u immune. bone cannot be taken away from you and you can still hit bonewalker if he picks you up. yes you can throw the ketchup but its a waste. doesnt do much and not worth giving up free heals. killer knife. ik its overrated but something that can bump it up a tiny bit is that its not the best with determination due to your second life taking your stability and you need it build it again. kindness makes it a bit easier due to the speed you can get and lets you keep it more. something you forgot about pers scythe is more dmg the lower your hp is. a combo to consider. ballet shoes and kindness. the shoes bassicly negate the slowness due to your sprint being unaffected and you just get free heals. as long as you dont hold wasd during your spin and use one of your spins to get out of danger when your low on stamina this weapon is a nearly unstoppable rush weapon. for about a minute or 2. it cannot play the long game. gpan also has lifesteal btw. and lastly outer trident deserves to be a bit higher. 120 hp. 175 base dmg. an amazing anti camp ability that also gives you 20 speed and very high jump. need i say more? this weapon is terrifying if used right. and something about cleaver. its strong but if you can stall/play keep away then they will die quite easily. if the cleaver cant end the round fast or is dealing with something that has a final attack they are most likly dead. also pers and horror axe is quite the combo allowing you to preserve your hunger quite well and letting you tank hits when using rage. sorry if this is too much i just learned how to use a lot of weapons. yes i play ulc too much.
Help_Tale Chara's rework also made their max resistance 75%, however it can never drop below 20%. Even if Rage is used.
On top of that, their weapon still has a chance to slow the Sans upon hitting them, And now their movement speed was buffed to the average 16.
Awesome vid, consider more in the future(like skins)
its really sad how mid outertale chara is, they can cancel jumps but thats about it, the rest of its stats are decent at best which is really sad. they need to buff ot chara.

4:39 i would like to inform you that perseverance+torn notebook actually adds an extra 10 defense (sure you get 45 with perseverance+cleaver but you also have hp drain)
Its actually crazy how much has changed in the two months this was made
If you didn't know swap charas weapons have their own cds so you can spam swap between the forms for basically half the swing cd it's pretty good. Swap chara is also immune to weapon removal since swapping gives you it back, and against hardtale it's even better because you can have two chara knives without having to swap since you can just swap to regain your weapon then pick the old one back up.
Sans power ain’t bad, it’s a B.
(It would of been a A but it is meh at fighting hp characters sadly.)
With the buffs given recently, he’s a BEAST at destroying stamina from sans. His charged blaster doing around 35 + 200 hp, his M1 doing around 20 stamina and 45 hp, if fully hit) and a support item that you can use to either heal your stamina to max and get 17 hp or slow down sans for 4 seconds (like really slowed)
How you throw ketchup tho bc Ig it lands you win pretty much bc blindness and slowness is broken like it allows whole team to Rush down sans and paired with killer knife its inf slow
The most underrated combo is DT frisk w/ integrity, if you have enough skill you will be able to basically dodge everything and if you get hit the shield will take all the dmg and the phase 2 well... Will dodge more easily... Sometimes
My personal favorite combo is killer knife and integrity. With integrity giving you speed necessary to dodge most things, and killer knife already making you faster, you can easily land hits, back away when necessary, and dodge any and all attacks that you can avoid. The only problem with the combo is that undodgeable attacks are the bane of your existence.
Oh empty gun + kindness? You know I didn't even know it was a combo, and it looks like this is my first combo I've ever used because I just loved using an empty gun. Thank you for the information
I can agree with the stick, it’s heavily underrated, when I started a new ULC account I fought a dust swap no upgrades with kindness soul and the stick and got them to the HP phase BY MYSELF and time them out because stick dmg is still dog
Been using golden pan and perseverance before this video came out, it's cracked.
But I will try out that empty gun and kindness duo.

Since it just came out, how good is dull knife? It has a different move set even for a skin though so its not worn dagger.

I was thinking about stacking the bleeding phase with perserverance (both give you 30 defense mind you) but turns out they thought about that and it only does 45

only thing that can stop a gun user is a hp character pretty much, literal hell to play against
Have you tried making sans bone and kindness combo mainly for attacker bc MASSIVE ammount of heals + you restore ketchup after few hits also the sideslide wchich gives s (Just do not use blaster unless there is camper or ur top far away) btw how you throw ketchup at sans to make it puddle bc it slows down sans and blind them great long comment

Uf frisk turns out to be pretty good and seems to be way better than you think if paired with integrity (gives like 21 speed)
In the old version of the og ulc killer sans and ot Chara morph was cancer with the kindness scythe.
Also, Patience Scythe is underrated.
I feel like your kinda meat riding the tough gloves Ngl, Time paradox and Btt would absolutely destroy tough gloves users because of the repeated, uncontrollable dash attacks

Gpan also heals you each time you hit the sans with it, 1-2 without crit, 4-5 with a crit.
I honestly like UF frisk. Although it doesn't say, it does have a +2 speed boost at level 19, Undertomb also has a +2 speedboost (at all levels). Integrity UF frisk is only outclassed by certain PaY weapons (go figure), and UT Chara for me. Dusttale frisk is (kind of) surprisingly good against dust characters, especially outer dust. The p2 of it is kind of just bad though.

I'd put HETC at 3rd, it's really op now due to no speed nerf, knife wave being just overpowered, tanky as hell, and slowing on hit, the only flaws are no dash, and a really bad melee reach
Also OT trident is SUPER underrated in this, it can be so op as a generalist weapon due to stars being able to severely punish campers, extreme melee damage, good support with it's buffs, and good sólo potential due to high mobility for having 120 hp
my top 3 would be cleaver empty gun and bone. pretty fun weapons

The problem with dt scythe is that 1st off its mechanic of being good is inconsistent, hit the sans with an attack you need to predict else you miss. 2nd off you lose in phase 2 I could win against a dt scythe with science sans without better gear. It’s entirely countered by camping of which is what 90% of characters do in the game due to the flawed stamina mechanic.
I think OT trident should’ve been placed a bit higher on how it basically kills Red in 6 hits. (that’s 210 damage PER HIT.)

I have some words to state. Fresh Bat isnt that bad;-;, bone/sans power got a rework so it’s honestly decent now, and healing is DT for people who want more health but dont want to spend 8 years doing 1 damage per hit on the Chara boss fight
They did not nerf the no i-frames erase of stamina at sans power, so i would put him to A/S
Ballet shoes still too low in my opinion, i honestly think if used well enough WITH KINDNESS, it could be THE #1 weapon.
Heres the main thing that makes me think ballet shoes is so good, and a massive tip for all 3 ballet shoes users out there:
Ballet shoes running speed is FASTER THAN THE LOBBY SPEED, and does not change no matter what soul you use.
Kindness ballet shoes moves absurdly fast (28 speed, almost twice as fast as the regular walkspeed), and a good ballet shoes can easily keep their sprint up for almost an entire round. Having healing means you can keep yourself alive for much longer, practically never giving sans a chance to breathe. You can also combine this with sea tea (or even multiple) to either make your run EVEN FASTER or make your walking speed good enough to use while you regen sprint, and you can use legendary heroes to buff your already good damage to be even stronger. Being able to float in the air with pirouette can also be really useful for dodging certain attacks, especially with things like last breath or disbelief. Another thing to note is that the hitbox on ballet shoes is preeeetty big, not the biggest but definitely not hard to land while running.
The only real weaknesses for kindness ballet shoes are really strong/spammy sanses or anything with orange soul moves, as they make standing still to regen stamina basically impossible, and kindness ballet shoes regular walk speed is REALLY slow (13 speed...)

I DEFINETLY agree on Undertale Chara, I remember using it alot before even the Genocidal Update rolled around, it was and will always be a viable, consistent option.

i don’t use them much anymore but that’s definitely not because they’re bad or anything, just a preference

Ok I know it’s just your opinion BUT UF chara at max is pretty good and I don’t understand why some say it’s torture to grind if you grind in low wins you easily get exp and after the first upgrade it can get some wins the healing is pretty good imo you can get 15 hp in the time a kindness can get an item which is pretty good but it can also get a max of 22.5 if your lucky enough I’d say it’s a pretty good chara anyways I know it just your opinion but I just wanted to say what I think about UF frisk you can have your opinion but I’m just saying mine :)

patience knife where(it sucks i just want it to show up)
Wonder why toy knife and patience changes the toy knife a bit
Ulc had soul combos but since empty promises update came out only 2 combos remain,
Patience + Toy Knife (Gives slashes that slow sans down, extra dmg)
Perseverance + Torn Notebook (More defense)

Uh... sorry to say, but the golden pan? Kinda sucks....
It heals teammates, but it only heals 1-3 HP per. And the hitbox is even smaller than regular Burnt Pan, being only the model, and can still fail (albeit with much more leniency).

you can be a coward g pan now that heals teammates the pre rework one only healed you if you hit the sans and before that pre rework it used to heal passively by a lot.
