Congress has the right to regulate “fire-arms” we have the right to bear arms not serialized firearms created by government sanctioned corporations ! Article 1 section 8 clause 17 constitution.

In my opinion, no government organization should be able to appeal anything in court.
I live in Az, in the late 90's two teenagers 18 and 19 were detained at a Circle K in Mesa. the driver panicked and started to back up and a police officer wielding a MP5 dumped 32 rounds into the kids who were not armed all because he feared for his life and had to side step the car. We have police shoot people wielding a framing square calling it a deadly weapon. No taser just 13 rounds from to officers at different angles.

There is a vast difference between someone who is proficient with a firearm and someone who can handle a live dangerous situation. You combine the two along with someone who has good character and that is what you want dealing with the problems in society. Out of all the law officers and military members, you will have to look hard to find a true tactically sounds individual and that boils down to a person will, mindset and experiences.
I hate to ask this.... but how much of the tax stamp SBR fee goes to the ATF. It really sounds like it's more about them losing money and less to do with public safety. I've yet to meet a criminal that was concerned with following the law.

People are trying to figure out why they go after the AR-15 and it is very easy to trace it to the DC snipers. Hints the talk about a AR-15 being a sniper rifle. You will hear this reference then and during the DC sniper trial and it was a xm-15.
