104 miles in perimeter, Lake Como is an iconic, glamorous lake nestled in the mountains of Northern Italy. It has been a popular retreat for aristocrats and wealthy people since Roman times.
William Goodge is a former pro rugby player, model, and seasoned ultra-runner, most notably having completed 48:30: 48 Marathons in England's 30 counties in just 30 days.

I’m a great fan of any ultra runner and devour these kinda videos .
I ran the MdS and a 24 endure run , in my50’s , what people forget is the amount of time and training it takes to get to the finish.

@@EffigyXBL hi mate , yea it was awesome thanks , tbh as I trained as I used to for my ultras I found it pretty easy , it was enjoyable, and we didn’t think we wouldn’t make it . I think we managed just over 50 miles at a nice steady pace .
Next on the list is to kayak the channel 👍
