I am an experienced dancer (with over 12 years of experience), and I'm telling you that this dance is not as easy as it seems! It requires a certain physical training, endurance and flexibility. Without Dadi's detailed instructions I would hardly have been able to master it! Thanks, Dadi! 😉🔥
