Thank you very much MAM, for your valuable organization ideas. I would like to share a special and simple tips to keep green chillies, ginger and curry leaves as fresh as we bought them for more than 15 days
The tip is
Keep all of them in thick brown paper bag and store in fridge. That's it. I accidentally kept them like so and found them fresh even after 15 days. So I thought it would be useful even for you. Thanks

Brown paper bag ...what get from the store right ?
Yes brown paper is the best to store all the veggies. I store all my veggies in brown paper bag these days. But items like chillies, curry leaves, dhania i like to keep them in the boxes after washing as they are much convenient to access. Every time finding a chilly bag from so many brown bags is difficult
You have amazing organizing skills. Learnt a lot from you. But there is too much use of plastic. I hope you can find other safer and eco-friendly stuff and keep guiding us like you do. Hats off to your aesthetic sense.
