Epic Mickey is such and underappreciated gem. So glad for the opportunity for more people to play it. I loved all the games from Rare and so glad to see a sequel to Endless Ocean plus Another Crab's Treasure looks great. Also loved Pepper Grinder and Penny's Big Breakaway. Great reveals Nintendo! So glad I own a Switch. Actually there I still have a ton of back log games to play. The Switch will continue to see a lot of use in my family.
$60 for one remastered game, though. Pretty steep ask.
@@SanativeSparrow You are not wrong especially in this economy. I still have the original and part 2 for my Nintendo Wii and I also have part 2 for my Xbox 360 which is BC with my Xbox One X. I prefer the Wii version because of the controls. It will be interesting to see how the controls are handled on the Switch.

The biggest reveal for me was Epic Mickey remastered. That series deserves more love I'm glad to see it coming to switch!

I never thought the ACTUAL battlefront games would see the light of day again so that was the biggest suprise for me with Epic mickey a close second.
I'm a bit disappointed this is one of the best reveals, but at the same time it is pretty cool.

As someone who grew up with the 2000s era of Nintendo with the GameCube,GBA,DS,and Wii. It totally felt like previews from the demo disc that came as a bonus from a high profile game
seeing a new endless ocean game actually brought a tear to me eye. i grew up with the endless ocean games and they were beautiful. seeing that ui and hearing those sound effects brought back so much nostalgia.
The game looks absolutely astonishing. Gorgeous graphics for Switch ngl

Add me to the list of people that saw the RARE logo and was expecting Donkey Kong 64, Diddy Kong Racing, Banjo and the like. Maybe a re-release of Rare Replay for current gen consoles is in the cards. Here’s hoping…
I only want Rare Replay for the Viva Pinata games.
You have to keep in mind that porting the collection isn't that simple, since even though Replay was on XbOne, almost all of the games took the easy way out and ran on BackCompat exclusively.

World of Goo 2 is releasing much sooner than I expected, so excited, first game was one of the best WiiWare titles. AND they're bringing back 4-player co-op! (The Switch version of the first game lacked that, only went up to 2 players).

As an OG wii owner, none of the games appeal to me.

Epic Mickey and especially Endless Ocean were such blasts to the past. I haven't heard Endless Ocean in forever. It was just some game that one of my relatives got me for the Wii when I was younger and never really played. Absolutely crazy.
Endless Ocean was a surprisingly good game actually. I remember getting it as a gift from my uncle who used to scuba dive a lot. I got into it thinking it was just some third party shovelware, but the marine encyclopedia, sotryline and "quests" are actually pretty fleshed out and interesting enough to last up to 40 hours. It's also full of secrets and easter eggs, which I appreciated.
Never seen or heard of Endless Ocean until now. It looks awesome!
endless ocean was so fun and peaceful, I especially loved that you could have dolphin companions to train and play with that join you on your dives and point out smaller critters or treasures

Nintendo has become reasonably hands-off as far as censorship in the games that appear on the Switch. But that doesn't mean they're actually OFFERING them.
Banjo Tooie should def come out this year considering the gap between banjo kazooie and tooie is 2 years, 2 gap between 2022 which is when kazooie came out then now 2024 should have tooie!

In World Of Goo’s case it’s actually a full exclusive sequel never before seen, so there’s a lot of cool stuff

Yeah I was confused seeing Pocket Jockey here and them not annoumcing gf. The 3ds one dropped during an actual nintendo direct with all the other first parties so it definitely seems odd
Yeah they're gonna hide game freak as much as possible after the bad will the earned with scarlet and violet.
Instead of wasting time that they don't have on stuff like this jockey game they should be putting all their resources on pokemon. At the same time they should demand more time to work on the games. I don't care if it messes up TPC and nintendo's schedule they can go screw themselves for what they did to the franchise.
The fact I recognized the Killer Instinct theme from the first few notes 😢😂; my brother's and I played that game almost every day growing up! I wonder if I can still do the codes to unlock the Secret Character and Sky Level...?

There *was* Gundam Evo and Battle Op 2, but one wasn't all that great and the other is barely playable. Though the fact that Bandai recognized it wasn't the Breaker franchise that failed but their own mishandling of New is nothing short of a miracle, imo. They've been known to fumble the ball.. So often, so its nice to see them actually release what looks like a proper sequel
Let's hope that this time the Gundam Breaker 4 devs have their heads screwed on straight. Unlike New Gundam Breaker. xD
Based on what I can tell from the UI, it seems likely they do! I don't see any "level up" shenanigans, none of the EX moves appear to be locked for any reason, and it looks like Option Equipment is back (and assigned to shoulder/trigger+face button instead of only Circle/A, so that should feel good) with all eight slots available even!

i mean, to be fair, an official translation probably won't be developed unless Shigesato Itoi is fully involved in it, and he is kinda busy nowadays with his company Hobonichi.
I don't think they'd use the fan translation, that would be kinda messy and unprofessional, and also a bit pointless.

World of Goo 2 is my most anticipated game of the year
Another Crab's Treasure looks right up my alley. I love games like that where you can pick up something from the environment and suddenly have new abilities to work with until you find another.
