First BBQ of the season at the weekend, celebrating Valerie’s birthday and having both Emily & James home.
During the course of the evening we had Samosas & Aloo tikki while the Louisiana chicken drumsticks were cooking on the BBQ, followed by Peri-Peri chicken wings, minted lamb koftee, Chinese pork loin steaks, Greek salad, bread rolls and finishing off with Baklava and Watermelon. Thank you all for your lovely cards, flowers and gifts.
