WoooWeee! Looky Here! This home looks huge but cozy. Love the layout. This would be gorgeous in the mountains. When I marry well the next time, this is definitely going on my Christmas list. I absolutely really this home! I love the fact that the master suite is on the main level. I especially love the deck area. I wouldn't change a thing about this place.
What a beautiful home! The design and living spaces with soaring ceilings, huge windows, incredible use of wood, and unique lines is spectacular. I love how the bedrooms are thoughtfully separated for privacy. I'd never guess this is a modular. It's very unique and looks custom in design. I hope other modular builders are looking at this so they get more creative. My only minor complaint are the cheap shower and tub enclosures which stick out like sore thumbs in this beautifully finished home. I really enjoyed the mobile diva. She did a wonderful job and it's great to hear her perspective. It's really nice of you to support her channel. I've become a fan!
I don't have much for clothes. I have a lot of books though. That would be my library. I'd probably live in that room. I could hide in there with my wine away from my family and in laws when it gets to close for comfort. Can I move in now😊
OMG this is by me off of Asheville Highway. I always drive by and see these, but never seen the inside. Ty! I'm leaning more towards log cabins now. Please do more!

OMG, that is Wood Hell.. We had a huge cottage like that all in cedar.. Full mantle fireplace wall done with Lake Superior stone. 3 bedrooms down, 3 bedrooms upper. That was wood hell to. Do not like Wood Hell. I like the ideas this lady has for the odd places like that little area off the kitchen, sewing area/craft area.. Sounds good.. In the upstairs that is a Trundle Bed with a pullout bed to make it a king size bed.. BTW, she did a good touring the home, wish she would have gone into the basement, who cares of people are down there. Also like seeing the utility area's in the basements to..

Oh my goodness soooo pretty. My whole family.coumd use this and the 7 of us would not feel cramped. It's kinda funny I kept expecting to see snow falling ❄ quickly out side and piling up . Can't you just imagine that with a fire in the fire place and all, snuggled up with a cup of coffee ☕,tea🫖 🍵 or cocoa 🍮 (or an adult beverage 🥂🍾🍷) OR you could watch the snow fall through the beautiful windows above and from the comfort of that master tub 🛀. Or watching the kids 👦👱♀️👱♀️👱♀️👱♀️( hey I'm picturing my clan so I needed to put us all there enjoying this amazing home) play in the snow ☃️⛄(you may join them if you choose)🧔👩🦰

Did Christie get the cost of this home with a basement vs crawl space switched around? Last time I checked a basement cost a lot more than a crawl space. Beautiful home.
Now if this was out in the WOOD'S I would have a larger window with a pulley for I could hang up my clothes pull the line hang more close up pull the line again hang up my sheets pull the line again until 500 yards of clothesline was up in the Treeline then my Sheets will smell like morning breeze. Just a thought.

They only gave us price per sqft and that ranged from $133-$165/ sqft if the home had a basement meaning at 802 sqft the home would cost somewhere between $106,000-132,000 ish
Oh, Tim, you should have shown this off yourself! you give so much information. Not one kitchen cabinet opened to sow, was the stacked cabinets on the end a pantry? Is it a wood fireplace, electric, or gas? Does the laundry hold a full-sized washer and dryer? Can you fit a stand-up freezer in there? Can you get this without the upstairs? What are the upgrades, and what comes with the house? Where is the furnace, water heater, and electric panel? Is it insulated behind the wood? what is the length and width?
I'm sorry, but my personal opinion is that the home tour would have been exceptional if Timothy had done it. I did not like the diva. Her explanations and descriptions were terrible. I would not have continued to watch the video but I wanted to see the log cabin. Sorry Timothy. It was just my opinion.

Realistically speaking the loft would make a wonderful library. But I would still use the closet to hide from everybody else when I'm stressed.

No she didn’t that’s what they told us. the way they explained it to up it was easier to build up from the basement then out
