Insightful video, things to ponder upon, many first generation lawyers may find it useful. When I started my internship it was so monotonous, cause u feel that ur just used for petty things, which inturn pulls down ur enthusiasm and curiosity to learn, and then it just ends then and there

but the reality is that seniors always avoid their juniors to follow them in court room to see the argument, at that particular time seniors ask to do some others works, and this has happened with me so many times.
Now even that SC is also going for live hearing. Gujarat HC started live streaming.
Now dot blame anyone You can learn anything.

I hope you are fine.
I am studying in first year,
yesterday I come to know that if we have any FIR or NC against us then we cannot get licence for practice. ("सनद").
My family's enemy filed a fake NC against me in 2017 , nothing happened till now , am I able to get license of practice in future ???
It's not big issue. If any case is registered against you, you just need to inform your bar association at the time of enroll.
And
If it is a false case then go for quashing.
About quashing FIR ... Video is uploaded in my channel.

Nahi hota bhai, law firm me kaam karne se to nahi hota of you are working as an advocate, company me kisi aur post par kaam karoge to suspend karwana padta hai licence.
Working as an advocate in any law firm or company does not leads to cancellation of license.
